Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account via the Stripe customer portal — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
What about refunds?
If AnalystEdge isn't for you, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it on request.
How does Bespoke pricing work?
Every engagement is scoped and priced individually — a one-off report costs differently than ongoing analysis. Email us what you need; we agree the scope and price together, and you pay securely through Stripe (invoice or payment link). No subscription required.
