Predictions are third-party opinions

The ratings, price targets, implied returns and related figures shown are forward-looking opinions issued by third-party Wall Street analysts and the firms they work for. Congressional trading data

The Congress-trades section is compiled from public periodic transaction reports filed with the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives. Filings disclose amounts only as ranges and are extracted from PDF documents by an automated process that may contain errors or omissions; every figure should be verified against the official filing (linked on each trade). Derived metrics — price changes, market comparisons and performance indexes — are informational estimates, not statements about any person's actual profits, holdings or intent, and nothing in that section is investment advice or an accusation of wrongdoing.

Executive branch disclosure data

The executive-branch section republishes, for public information, financial disclosure reports that the U.S. Office of Government Ethics makes publicly available (OGE Form 278e and 278-T). Officials disclose amounts only as ranges; dollar figures shown are range midpoints. Filings — including scanned paper documents — are extracted by an automated process that may contain errors; some values could not be read reliably, and while we do our best to mark those as unreadable rather than estimate them, the marking itself may be imperfect and readable values may still contain extraction mistakes. Federal law restricts use of these reports: they may not be used for commercial purposes other than dissemination to the general public by news and communications media, for determining creditworthiness, or for solicitation of money. Disclosure is a legal obligation of public office — nothing in that section is investment advice or an accusation of wrongdoing.

Insider and institutional ownership data

The insiders section is compiled from public regulatory filings in which corporate insiders, large shareholders and institutional managers disclose transactions and holdings. Filings are extracted by an automated process that may contain errors or omissions, filers themselves make mistakes (which we filter imperfectly), amounts may be approximate, and quarterly holdings are inherently reported with a delay. Derived metrics — totals, comparisons, percentages and period changes — are informational estimates only. Insider or institutional activity is not a recommendation: it does not indicate why a participant traded, and it says nothing about any security's value or prospects.

Attention (trending) data

The trending section presents statistical estimates of public attention to listed companies, shown only in relative form (ratios, percentiles and indexed bars). These figures and our derived metrics (baselines, ratios, percentiles, relative popularity) are informational estimates that may contain errors — including measurement artifacts, missing days, and mistakes in automatically matching records to a company or ticker. Attention is not a recommendation: a change in attention does not indicate why interest changed, and it says nothing about any security's value or prospects.

Past performance is not a guarantee

Track-record metrics such as success rate, average return, rank and our composite score are computed from analysts' historical calls and from historical market data. Past performance does not guarantee — or even reliably predict — future results. Rankings change, and an analyst ranked at the top today may underperform tomorrow. Any figure described as a return, score or ranking is a derived estimate, not a statement of fact.

No warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness

The data is compiled and computed from third-party and public sources and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, miscalculations, mismatches, duplicates, stale or delayed prices, and gaps in coverage that vary by market and over time, and it may be updated late, infrequently, or not at all. You should independently verify any figure against a primary source before relying on it, and you rely on the Service entirely at your own risk.

Availability — the Service may change or stop at any time
