1. What the service is

AnalystEdge is an analytics dashboard that aggregates and visualizes stock predictions published by Wall Street analysts — ratings, price targets and the returns those targets imply — together with track-record statistics for the analysts and firms behind them. Everything on the site is informational: predictions are forward-looking opinions of third-party analysts, not realized returns and not investment advice (see our Disclaimer).

2. Accounts

An account consists of an email address and a password (which we store only as a salted hash). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person — sharing login details is not allowed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and billing

Premium access is sold as a monthly subscription (currently $19/month; the exact price is always shown at checkout) and is billed through Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep premium access until then, and you are not charged again. If you contact us within 7 days of any charge, we will refund that charge on request. Beyond that, we do not offer partial-month refunds except where the law requires it. If a renewal payment fails and cannot be collected, your account drops back to the free plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the data, or access it by automated means;
• resell, redistribute, republish or sublicense the data or any derived dataset;
• share your account or session with other people;
• probe, disrupt or circumvent the service's security or paywall;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Quoting small excerpts with attribution (for example in an article or a post) is fine.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, code, and the way the dataset is compiled, scored and presented belong to AnalystEdge. The underlying analyst predictions are the opinions of the third-party analysts and firms that issued them. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service — nothing more.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all data, figures, scores and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, reliable or timely, that the service will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. The data may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, stale or delayed figures and gaps in coverage, and we may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnalystEdge and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any lost profits, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or any trading or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service or its data, or any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the service — even if advised of the possibility, and whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other theory. To the extent we are nonetheless found liable, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights; where an exclusion or limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the maximum extent the law allows.

8. Eligibility & governing law

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — to create an account or subscribe.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, and any dispute arising from them or from the service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to a different forum.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
